We are pleased to inform you that we have made it easier for you to use your Yellow Card account from anywhere in the world! Whether you’re traveling for work or away on a vacation, you can now log in and use your Yellow Card account wherever you are.

At Yellow Card, we've always strived to offer our customers the best experiences. Today, we're excited to share a significant update that many of you have eagerly awaited.

What’s New?

We've enhanced our accessibility features to ensure that our customers can effortlessly log in and access our services from anywhere, regardless of their location.

Here’s What It Means for You:

Pop-up notification:Access Your Account from Anywhere!

In the past, relocating or travelling to certain countries might have posed access challenges for our customers. Understanding the importance of mobility in today's interconnected world, we're updating our system to ensure you remain connected to Yellow Card.  

Whether you're relocating for a new job, on a business trip or on a relaxing vacation, you can now access your Yellow Card account from almost anywhere, no matter where you set your anchor. When you travel to a different country, your account is automatically updated to reflect your new location. You will receive a pop-up notification within the app and an email notifying you of the location change, allowing you to confirm that you are in the right location.  

While we have made our services more accessible globally, there are still some sanctioned countries where our platform isn't supported. If you travel to a sanctioned country, a pop-up will inform you that you're in a sanctioned region where Yellow Card services aren't supported.  

This update is a testament to our commitment to ensuring Yellow Card is user-friendly and accessible as possible. The world is vast, filled with wonder and opportunity, and with Yellow Card, you’re empowered to explore this every step of the way.
