With this in mind, we’ve made a strategic decision to discontinue our retail app and focus exclusively on our B2B Institutional Suite. We're doubling down on what we do best: providing world-class regulated, institutional-grade infrastructure that businesses need to scale.
What This Means for Our Retail App Customers
Firstly, we would like to thank each and everyone of you who trusted Yellow Card over the years.
As we gradually phase out our retail app, with final access ending on January 1, 2026, we want to make this process clear and seamless for our customers. We want to assure you that:
Your funds are safe, secure and accessible for withdrawal throughout this transition period.
Our support team is ready to help.
We will communicate clearly and frequently via in-app notifications and email.
What You Need to Do
If you are a current customer with a balance in your Yellow Card wallet, we ask that you withdraw your full balance at your earliest convenience.
Key Dates to Remember:
Now: You can begin withdrawing your funds from the app.
December 31, 2025: This is the final day to process withdrawals through the app.
January 1, 2026: All services on the Yellow Card retail app will be discontinued. You will no longer be able to log in after this date.
How to Withdraw Your Funds:
Log in to the Yellow Card app.
Navigate to your Wallet.
Select the "Withdraw" option.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
What If I Miss the Deadline?
Your security is paramount. If you are unable to withdraw your funds by the December 31st, 2025 deadline, they will be held securely on your behalf. We will establish a clear process for you to claim your funds after the app is discontinued.
For Customers with Zero-Balance Accounts
If your account has been inactive and holds a zero balance, it will be automatically closed within the next 24 hours as part of this transition. No action is required from you.
