Yellow Card has become aware of messages circulating on WhatsApp promoting a scheme called "Trust Wallet Investment" - in association with the "Exinity Group" - that falsely claims affiliation with Yellow Card.
To be clear: Yellow Card is not affiliated with, partnered with, or otherwise associated with "Trust Wallet Investment" or "Exinity Group." Yellow Card has not authorised this entity to offer any products or services or to conduct business on our behalf.
Yellow Card is a licensed stablecoin infrastructure provider, enabling banks, fintechs, and multinational businesses to access Stablecoin, manage treasury, and move money across borders. We do not have a retail arm of the business, we do not promise fixed returns, bonuses, or guaranteed profits on deposits, and we never conduct business through unsolicited WhatsApp messages.
If you receive messages like this:
Do not respond or send payment.
Do not provide personal information.
Do not click links or contact numbers provided in the message.
Report the number and message to WhatsApp directly.
Report the matter to the Bank of Ghana, the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), and the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU).
If you have already sent funds, report to the Ghana Police Service's Cyber Crime Unit as soon as possible.
