We're making some important changes to how you access Yellow Card to deliver a better, more secure experience for our customers.

Starting August 1, 2025, we will be discontinuing the Yellow Card Web App, the Palmstore app version, and support for older mobile operating systems to focus our development efforts on our primary mobile applications available through Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

What's Being Discontinued

From August 1, 2025, the following will no longer be available:

  • Yellow Card Web App - Our browser-based application
  • Yellow Card app from Palmstore - The version downloaded from Palmstore
  • Support for legacy operating systems - Devices running Android 8 (or below) and iOS 12 (or below)

Your Account Remains Safe

Your Yellow Card account and funds are completely secure. This change only affects how you access your account - all your transaction history, verification status, and account features remain unchanged.

Action Required

To continue accessing your Yellow Card account after August 1, users of the discontinued versions will need to:

  1. Download our official Yellow Card app from Google Play Store (Android) or Apple App Store (iOS)
  2. Log in using your existing credentials - no account setup required
  3. Continue using Yellow Card as normal with enhanced security and performance

Why We're Making This Change

This consolidation allows us to:

  • Enhance security features across our platform
  • Improve performance and reliability for all users
  • Focus development resources on delivering the best mobile experience
  • Provide regular updates with new features and improvements

By concentrating our efforts on our primary mobile applications, we can deliver the high-quality, secure financial services our customers expect.

Support for Users with Older Devices

Users with devices running Android 8 (or below) or iOS 12 (or below) have several options:

  • Update device software to Android 9+ or iOS 13+ if supported
  • Keep account active for future access when upgrading devices
  • Request account closure and transfer funds if preferred

Regardless of which option you choose, your funds remain secure with Yellow Card.

Timeline and Next Steps

  • Now through July 31, 2025: Continue using current access methods
  • August 1, 2025: Discontinued versions stop working
